Filter cleaning frequency depends on the manufacturer's instructions and your environment. A deeper professional cleaning schedule varies with use, dust, pets, humidity, and visible buildup. We'll discuss your situation instead of prescribing the same interval for everyone.
Do you work on all mini-split brands?
Many ductless units share similar cleaning needs, but access and cleaning procedures differ by model. Please include your unit brand and model when requesting a quote so we can confirm whether the work is within our service scope.
Will cleaning fix a mini-split that isn't cooling?
Not necessarily. Cleaning can remove dirt and buildup, but cooling problems can have other causes. We don't diagnose or repair refrigerant, electrical, or mechanical faults. Those concerns should be assessed by a properly licensed HVAC professional.
How long does the cleaning take?
Timing depends on the number and condition of the units, installation access, and agreed cleaning scope. We'll discuss an expected service window when we arrange the visit.
Do you offer multi-unit discounts?
Yes. Proposed deep-clean starting rates are $380 for the first unit and $150 for each additional eligible unit during the same visit. Upstairs units or more difficult access may cost extra. We confirm the full quote before work begins.
Do upstairs mini-splits cost extra?
Possibly. Upstairs units, higher mounting locations, or units requiring ladders or extra setup may involve an access charge. Please mention any upstairs units in the quote form so we can discuss access and confirm pricing before the visit.
